Better Days Recruitment was founded in 2017 by Ceres Jenkins who wanted to offer a more personalised approach to recruitment. We are an independent, specialist agency focusing on digital, technology, and business change roles. Based in Hove, East Sussex, we support both local and national companies, providing recruitment services for permanent, contract, and fixed-term positions.

Director/Founder
Ceres is the founder of Better Days Recruitment, a business she created to build a more flexible work environment for herself. With a strong background in tech recruitment, she has gained extensive industry expertise. Passionate about advocating for women in technology and business, Ceres is committed to raising her two daughters to believe they can achieve anything their brothers can. Outside of work, Ceres enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, dancing, eating, and reading (although not always in that order).

Carole-Anne Manser
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Carole-Anne is a Senior Consultant at Better Days Recruitment who joined the agency for its flexible work environment. Starting in commercial recruitment, she later specialised in Tech and Business Change. Carole-Anne is passionate about building strong client and candidate relationships, leveraging her extensive experience to place talent in roles where they can thrive. Outside of work, she is an adoptive mother and a new owner of a Miniature Dachshund puppy. She stays active and enjoys traveling, coffee & catching up with friends.
